Do I have to register to place an order?
You do not need to register for an account to place an order. If you do register, however, your address and order information will be safely stored to process future orders easier, and your stored information allows us to assist you quicker with any order or shipping related inquiries.

Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order.

How do I know if my order has been processed?
As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail to the address that you provided. Once your order has shipped from the warehouse, an additional email with the FedEx tracking information will be sent to you at your email address.



Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are FREE via FedEx Home Delivery for all orders shipping to street addresses in the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, U.S. Territories, and military addresses).Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and Military addresses

Shipping Method
All orders ship via FedEx Home Delivery. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options. Order Processing and Transit Times
All orders received by 2 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday will typically be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the daily cut-off or on weekends/holidays, will typically be processed and shipped on the next business day.Delivery times will vary depending on where the order is being shipped to. Most orders will ship from Greensboro, NC 27401. Weather and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times. Oversize items (stands) may take longer to deliver. Estimated shipping and arrival dates are not guaranteed.



What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept payment by credit card. We will be expanding our payment options in the future to accept other forms of payment such as PayPal® and Apple Pay®. Our encryption services and our strict information handling protocols mean that your information is protected.
Are there any hidden charges for ordering online?
No. Besides sales tax in applicable states, there are no hidden fees for ordering online.

How do I use a discount or coupon code?
If you have a discount or coupon code, enter the code on the shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout.


Returns & Warranty

Can I return my order?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your LA SIESTA purchase. You can return your new and unused LA SIESTA items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund if you received the wrong items, the items were damaged, or the items were not as you expected them to be.

If you would like to return your purchase for a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of receipt, please email support@lasiesta.com or call our hammock specialists at 786-401-1138. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

Once you ship the product back and we receive your items and inspect them to confirm that they are new and unused, we will issue a replacement or credit for the full purchase price. Credit will be given on the same credit card that was used for the purchase. If the items returned are in used or unsaleable condition, your refund will not be granted. For your security, we recommend photographing the items before sending them back in case any damage or loss occurs during shipping.

Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping charges are free. Once your return request has been processed by our hammock specialists, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address on file, unless you provide a different address. You are only responsible for boxing the item, adhering the return shipping label to the box and dropping the box off with the parcel carrier.

Two-Year Warranty
All LA SIESTA products purchased at www.lasiesta.com have a two-year manufacturer warranty and are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We will gladly replace any LA SIESTA item that has been determined to have a manufacturing defect within two years of original purchase.

All LA SIESTA products are designed to withstand normal outdoor and recreational use. We do not warranty against normal wear and tear. Fading and weathering due to prolonged exposure to the sun, rain, snow, and high humidity are not covered by our warranty policy. To prevent excessive weathering, we recommend storing our products indoors when not in active use.

Warranty Claims
If you have a warranty claim, please email support@lasiesta.com or call our hammock specialists at 786-401-1138 for a review of the defective product. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original receipt/proof of purchase, photographs of the issue, and a summary of the manufacture defect to support the claim. If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement item of exact or similar style at no cost. Please note that we do not issue refunds for warranty claims.
