Return Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your LA SIESTA purchase. You can return your new and unused LA SIESTA items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund if you received the wrong items, the items were damaged, or the items were not as you expected them to be.

If you would like to return your purchase for a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of receipt, please email or call our hammock specialists at 786-401-1138. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

Once you ship the product back and we receive your items and inspect them to confirm that they are new and unused, we will issue a replacement or credit for the full purchase price. Credit will be given on the same credit card that was used for the purchase. If the items returned are in used or unsaleable condition, your refund will not be granted. For your security, we recommend photographing the items before sending them back in case any damage or loss occurs during shipping.

Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping charges are free. Once your return request has been processed by our hammock specialists, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address on file, unless you provide a different address. You are only responsible for boxing the item, adhering the return shipping label to the box and dropping the box off with the parcel carrier.



Two-Year Warranty
All LA SIESTA products purchased at have a two-year manufacturer warranty and are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We will gladly replace any LA SIESTA item that has been determined to have a manufacturing defect within two years of original purchase.

All LA SIESTA products are designed to withstand normal outdoor and recreational use. We do not warranty against normal wear and tear. Fading and weathering due to prolonged exposure to the sun, rain, snow, and high humidity are not covered by our warranty policy. To prevent excessive weathering, we recommend storing our products indoors when not in active use.

Warranty Claims
If you have a warranty claim, please email or call our hammock specialists at 786-401-1138 for a review of the defective product. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original receipt/proof of purchase, photographs of the issue, and a summary of the manufacture defect to support the claim. If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement item of exact or similar style at no cost. Please note that we do not issue refunds for warranty claims.



Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are FREE via FedEx Home Delivery for all orders shipping to street addresses in the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, U.S. Territories, and military addresses).

Currently, we do not ship to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, U.S. territories, and military addresses. Contact or call our hammock specialists at 786-401-1138 for a referral of a business that may help with shipping to these locations.

Shipping Method
All orders ship via FedEx Home Delivery. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.

Order Processing and Transit Times
All orders received by 2 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday will typically be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the daily cut-off or on weekends/holidays, will typically be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery times will vary depending on where the order is being shipped to. Most orders will ship from Greensboro, NC 27401. Weather and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times. Oversize items (stands) may take longer to deliver. Estimated shipping and arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via the email address that you provided with a FedEx tracking number.For most orders, tracking information is sent within 48 hours after you place your order. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information within this time frame, please look in your spam or junk email folder. If it is not there, please email or call our hammock specialists at 786-401-1138.
